Brian Coldwell

PE, CxA, LEED AP

A Mechanical Engineer who graduated from Florida State University and has been contributing to the construction industry in Florida since 2003. He has gained experience working with various firms and on projects of different scales, always with a passion for innovation.

Oscar Sebelen

PE, LEED AP

An Electrical Engineer from “Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra” in Santiago, Dominican Republic, who relocated to Florida in 2002. Since moving, he has been actively engaged in various roles encompassing construction, management, and design.
